At Studio Bliss, we know things happen. However, in order to accommodate all of our guests, we require that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to fill your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services.
The staff at Studio Bliss wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns must occur within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a store receipt. The returned product must be nearly full. If you paid by credit card, we will apply a credit to your card. NO CASH BACK will be given for any returns, under any circumstances. In lieu of a cash refund you may have a store credit, or an exchange for another product of equal value.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
There will be a $25 fee charged for any checks returned unpaid.
We are keenly aware that customer satisfaction drives our business. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience at Studio Bliss we would like to hear from you. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with an available stylist.
When you use a payment card you want the system to be safe. No security is perfect but there are standards recommended by PCI Data Security Council. PCI was formed by the top five card processing companys in 2006.
Studio Bliss uses cloud-based business management software called Meevo 2 which is offered by Millennium Systems International. One of our reasons for choosing the Meevo 2 system was it's solid support of the PCI Data Security Standards. Studio Bliss does NOT store card numbers.
Studio Bliss collects and uses email addresses and phone numbers for the purpose of notifying you of appointment reminders, promotions, etc. You may unsubscribe from these services at any time. We do not sell or share this information with anyone outside of our company.
